Unfortunately, I cannot see your video because there is a limitation on the number of files you can download per hour. Could you put your video on a dropbox or something similar?
1) Create one Task and some variables and give them names.
2) Change the Task (Custom Service : Default Worklist) to "Mail Service"
3) Now, try to change the name of the variables ... its not working ;)

I believe it is fixed in the new update (I could replicate it in the older version but not after the update). Let me know if it reoccurs.
